Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Feet And Legs
I have been having a lot of pain and stiffness in my feet and legs as well as numbness in my feet and hands. I am also extremely tired often having to cat nap. I have been having these issues off and on for about a year but recently it has gotten so bad it is hard to walk, do normal activities and I am even having to miss work it is getting so bad. I m wondering if j have any idea what it may be.

I suggest you to control the level of glucose in your blood. Also consult with Neurologist. Meantime try to lose weight, eat healthy.
