Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Buttocks After Treated Piles

Respected Sir, Two years back I had undergone surgery for acute pain of fissure/piles which was unbearable. Subsequently shown to Dr. Chiklanjiya of Bombay Hospital. I am also a heart patient and undergone angioplasty in Bombay Hospital in 2000 and since I am doing Yoga and have no problem. During Diwali i.e. on 7th I had again acute pain in anus and the portion has become stiff and the pain is constant till date. I took Ayurvedic medicine but no relief. I request your guidance.

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are :
- Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
- Use topical treatments.
- Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
- Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
