My feet and hand been feeling numb, I feel pins and needles all over my body, hands and feet are constantly cold even when covered. Is this a sign of ms. Been having numbness and coldness in the feet and hands for 2 months never goes away. The pins and needles comes and goes.

Dear these are signs of neural involvement and since both hands and feet are involved may be due to vit deficiency. Get serum level of B6 and B12 done also watch for other symptoms.
