Hi these are symptoms I have had for a while.... Bad anxiety always think the worst so this makes it hard. So I have had numbing pain in my left arm for about one year and a half, that wakes me up and it s mainly when I lay down, I also smell phantom burning smell but also only at night when in bed this has been for a couple of months but not every night. I get head spins and they are not when getting up and down I can be sitting completely still this has been happening sporadically for over a year. My memory isn t as good as it was as in I will go to the kitchen more than once and don t remember why I was going there... Please help I m extremely worried
