Suggest Treatment For Pain And Muscle Cramps In The Leg

Hello, My mom was suffering from severe leg pain kind of muscle cramps continuously for the past two days. The doctor told that she was anemic and gave a tablet named zinetac. But I found in the internet that it is used for treating stomach ulcers. Is it the correct prescription? Another tablet she took with it is Order. Can you please help me with this thing?

Hello,

I got your chief complaint and history is two days old so instead of arriving at a diagnosis of anaemia seems an exaggeration while most women by nature have low levels of haemoglobin due to various factors like pregnancy, menstrual issues.

I personally feel it is simple muscle exertion and therefore I advise you to take up medication:

Tab Talmin D (containing Acetaminophen and methocarbamol )sos.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
