Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation During Urination

I am 27 years old male and have been suffering from pain/burning sensation in urine for last 7-8 months. I have consulted an urologist , he checked the prostrate and said that is fine. This pain/burning sensation generally happens at night before sleeping and when I drink less water.Sometimes there is a pain in the area just above the penis. What could be the cause?

Hi,

Have you already had a test for the most common STDs? Your family doctor can order these for you. If it’s neither a chronic prostate inflammation nor a STD it might something very benign like having eaten too spicy food. You can also test the PH value of your urine to rule out that it’s to acidic.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
