Suggest Treatment For Overactive Bladder

hello
I'm 24, 177 cm, 85 KG, in a good health in general. I have an overactive bladder since 4 years. I had a medication in 2010 for 6 months (Vesicare), it helped for a period of time. After that I stopped it and tried to reduce caffeine as much as possible. The problem is that it the situation got bad again and it really stinks when the weather is cold or I'm under stress especially at night when I go to sleep.
P.S. : I'm masturbate excessively ,4 times a week ( twice each time, can't feel satisfied from one time ) . Can anybody help me?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*You must have been evaluated thoroughly by Urologist for the overactive
bladder with evaluations and management guidelines, in absence of
supportive data , I can guide you to some extent :
- avoid drinking more liquids atleast 2 hours prior to sleep
- avoid stress / anxiety
- avoid smoking / tobacco / alcohol / any other abuse substances if used
- masturbate without tension it has nothing to do with overactive bladder
- avoid exposure to extreme cold
- avoid excess tea, coffee, beverages
- avoid certain medications affecting bladder control
- do regular meditation exercises with YOGA and Pelvic floor exercises in
concern with experts which will give you definite results on long term basis
- compulsorily use washroom before sleeping
- try to have sound sleep of 8 hours
- continue medicines prescribed by the Urologist
Hope this helps you to some extent.
