Suggest Treatment For Over Weight With Hypoglycemia

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia when I was an adolescent. I do not have diabetes nor do I have a family history of it. I have been tested several times for diabetes but my blood work has never indicated that it exist. I'm a 25 year old female who weighs 120lbs. I've never been over weight. I thought I might have out grown this during my college years but recently have start to exhibit the major signs again. I'm not really sure how to manage this so that I can feel a 100% because I am a very active person.
