Hi, I got pelvic ultrasound results back and it says the left ovary has a large cyst with internal septum measuring 73 x 51 x 58mm. Small amount of free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. I have a gynecologist appointment in a few weeks but am experiencing a fair amount of pain in my stomach and frequent urge to urinate. Is this something to be worried about and should I make a sooner appointment?
Hi, Thanks for the query. Yes the pain could be due to twisted ovarian cyst and you should take an early appointment and surgical removal of the cyst to be done. Please hit thanks. Good luck. Regards
