Good evening doc, im 30 years old and Ihave been ttc for13 months now. My cycle regular with 28days at times 29days. Ever since I started my period I usually have painful heavy period with moderate clots so I took felvin. But in 2013 dec a week after my weddin I had a very painful extremely heavy with excessive clots and it was like that throughout 2014 except that in the pains reduced from july so I was only taking paracetamol every 4hours for the first 3 days of menstruation. In may last year I told d doc I wasn't ovulating so he told me to do some test. The test showed dt my prolactin was a bit high and the scan showed a right ovarian cyst measuring 81mm by 34 mm and a normal sized uterus. The doc prescribed parlodel which I took for a month and stopped cause of the terrible side effect. In october last year I did another scan and it revealed normal size uterus but a right ovarian cyst measuring 59mm by 44mm. In january this year my period came on the 3rd and it was light with no clot I have never experienced that before. On the 12th day of my cycle I did opk test and it was negative but the testwas positive on 13th 14th and 15th day of my cycle and i bedded during those days. On the 19th day of my cycle I did a scan again but it is showing a bulky uterus with a fibriod measuring 49mm by 47mm and a right ovarian cyst measuring 13mm by 3mm.Pls I need help cause I want to get pregnant.
