Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cyst During Pregnancy
I have a ovarian cyst, it has grown since two months ago when i was pregnant, but i miscarriged in may. i ask my ob/gyn about it but she insists its normal. I got pregnant again in june ad it was noted to be bigger than it was afew moths ago. Its paiful on and off but am concerned

If the size of the ovarian cyst is less than 5 cm and its simple( ie has clear fluid only) - usually there s nothing to worry. It may not be the cause of miscarriage.
But if the size is more , we need to blood tests called tumour markers to know the nature of the cyst. CT scan also may be needed to know more about the cyst.
If it hurts, it may have twisted around its stalk- please see doctor immediately to do the above.
