Suggest Treatment For Otomycosis In An Elderly

Hello, I have a ear disease. My age is 68 years. For last many years, I suffer from ear disease. I cannot bear loud sounds, but due to my residential environment , I have to bear uncomfortable sounds and noises. By some duration of time, aprox. 4 to 12 months, my ears clog by cerumen or fungus. Then I go to doctor. Doctor cleans ears by syringe or suction. At this time, my ears somewhat clogged and I felt some pain in external muscles of the ear. I went to the doctor . After examining and some cleaning by suction , the doctor diagonised the disease as otomycosis. The doctor prescribed medicines oral and ear drops, for 5 days. I am taking the medicines for last 2 days and the treatment is prevailing now. Please advice me , so that my ears can permanently get cured.
