Suggest treatment for osteophytosis

MY MRI reveals small central & bilateral paracentral disc protrusion at L4-L5 level with mild thecal impingement.No significant disc bulge or protrusion is seen in the dorsal region.There are degenerative osteophytosis and disc desiccation .Dorsal cord revels normal signal intensisty .Both the SI joints are normal.
I am a Male & my Age is 36

Hi ,
Osteophytes are bony outgrowth as parrot beak at joint line due to damage or degenerative changes at joint . Generally they are left(no treatment required ) when asymptomatic otherwise Surgical removal done at assable site .
In your case you are asymptomatic ( no symptoms mentioned ) so you just need conservative management with regular physiotherapy , avoid bending forward n sternous exercise , warm compression, LS Belt intermittent application with methyl cobalamine tablet once a day .
