Hello,

Prolia contains 'denosumab,' which is a monoclonal antibody. Monoclonal antibodies are made to target and destroy only certain cells in the body. It is used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who have high risk of bone fracture. There is no other alternative to this medication which will act in a similar way in treating osteoporosis. Other means of treatment are only supportive, which includes intake of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin D, along with other substances like carnitine, omega 3 fatty acids, and CoQ10. Kindly take the above supplements regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
