General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related ortostatic hypotension. I would recommend to use vitamin B12 supplements and drink a lot of liquids.

I also recommend eating small meals frequently. If the symptoms continue you should see a cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
