Suggest Treatment For Orange Vaginal Discharge And Nausea

Hi. I was having orange vaginal discharge coming out for a bit but it stopped. There was no smell, itching or burning. However, lately I ve been feeling moody, very nausea, cramping and some back pains. Chest with hurt now and then but not too much. Please help me.

Understand your concern.
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance.

Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Peri menopausal state
2. Hormonal imbalance
3. Excessive stress
4. Change in life style
5. Excessive alcohol and caffeine
6. Excessive exercise
5. Drugs: Birth control pills, thyroid medication
6. Thyroid problem
7. Endometriosis, PCOS, Dysfnctional uterine bleeding
8. Atrophic vaginitis/cervix

Test your hormone profile- Estrogen, Progesteron, FSH, LH, HCG and thyroid profile
If necessary do USG, endometrial biopsy, PAP smear


Take following advice
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine from a few days before your period until two weeks after it
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of at least 8 hours

Maintain hygiene like below:
1. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
2. Wear pure cotton Loose underwear
