Suggest treatment for oral fibrosis

Sir I have been eating betel nut and tobacco for last 5 years. I have developed oral fibrosis. I felt pain at the back of my mouth when i take food. I also have developed pain in right ear. My mouth opening has not decreased yet. I am terrified. I have stopped all chewing habbits. Please suggest some treatment.

Well come to HCM
It is good know that you have stop chewing the tobacco, but it is very important to get done the clinical examination to rule out some pathological changes some time this may need biopsy of the mucosa of mouth, and for that first go see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps, lets hope for good, take care.
