Penis skin cut and is open wound now at least half size of an inch.. 4 weeks gone since it happend..I can t avoid using soaps and shampoo for taking shower.I have a wife and a kid of two year.sexual activity was not the cause of injury.sharp metallic object like front zip in jeans pant did this during when I was asleep.. In first week it was extremelysore. Now in 4rth week. Its better a bit but I dont know when I do intercourse....why should wound not getting well?
