Suggest Treatment For Oily Face With Blackheads And Whiteheads On Face

Sir my self arif and i have to many problems with my face... 1: my face is an oily 2: their is lots of blackhead and white one 3: the white and black caused to many pores on my chick, nose etc 4:last its damaged my whole face 5: and my probem was starts from long time may be 6-7 years before

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have whiteheads and blackheads along with oily skin since long . Well the main reasons for white and black heads are oily skin and clogged pores , because dead skin and bacteria get entrapped in it . So i would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day , then apply cream containing azelaic acid and exfoliate your face twice a week specially with non comedogenic exfoliant . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper checkup and to rule out any underlying disease . Doctor may prescribe antibiotic ( clindamycin ) or isotretinoin . Doctor may also recommend chemical peeling .
