neuroma (possible morton's neuroma) due to maybe nerve entrapment.

There's a need to rule out a
stress fracture of the toe also. There'll be a need to undergo for X-ray of the feet along with
MRI after physical evaluation by an Orthopedician.
You can simply go to your nearest ER/urgent care where you'll not only get yourself promptly examined but also will receive immediate management accordingly.
This is certainly not a manageable situation at home/work, so you'll definitely get off from your work for the time being.
