Suggest treatment for numbness in the right nostril

I have been experiencing a numb sensation in just my right nostril. There is no stuffiness, or sneezing. In fact my breathing passage seems very clear. Occasionally I will have a nose bleed out of just this right nostril as well. What could be causing this numbness?

This can be a serious matter. Need examination urgently. Any paranasal sinus pathology needs to be ruled out. Numbness is affection of nerves. And ass with bleeding is not a good sign. Rule out sinus disease, mass. Adenoids.. ... go for nasal endoscopy as well
