Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query numbness in head, coughing, sneezing and watery eyes . The symptom you mention can occur due to many reasons like injury to nerve ,nerve impingement , sinusitis or migraine .In your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to sinus infection also known as sinusitis . headache ,sneezing and cough are also due to sinus infection. Actually sinusitis is causing migraine . Consult ENT specialist without any delay . Doctor may order blood test , X-ray , CT scan or throat swab test to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotic course like penicillin or amoxicillin , decongestant , antihistamine drug for cough and sneezing and mucolytic agent like ambroxol. I would suggest you to do warm saline rinses several times a day , take steam several times day and drink warm water with one spoon honey in it.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
