Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having brachial plexus injury. Due to this you got numbness in your arm and hand. You need to do your MRI scan of brachial plexus to know the exact location of injury. Mecobalamin is helpful in recovery. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are given to relieve pain. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
