Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Arms, Heart Burn And Tightness In Chest

For the past couple days, I have been experiencing tingling/numbness in both arms to my finger tips, heartburn/tightness(in my throat area-that s where I get my heartburn is),tightness in my chest with an uncomfortable squeeze feeling that radiates to my back. Antacid doesn t help nor does milk.

I can understand your situation and problem.
We should first rule out cardiac cause for your symptoms because heart diseases often present with similar symptoms.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal, than possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more.
Stress causes laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. And because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of chest tightness, pain etc.
So start proton pump inhibitors. Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm. Avoid hot and spicy food. Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Milk is useful, so you can drink cold milk.
