Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Abdomen On Right Side

doctor i am having numbness in the right flank of my stomach .i got the ultrasound done but it comes normal but with gaseous bowl on the right flank.i spoke the doctor and he told me that there might be obstruction of gas but it is bees the same since the last 6 days.plz give me a solution to this.

Well come to HCM
In most of the abdominal complaints, this could be due to Hyperacidity and this can be well tolerated with Tab Omeprazole 40mg and Tab Domperidone 30mg once in day, take care.
