Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Sensation On The Face

For the last two months on occasion I have experienced a symptom of when I am chewing food, I suddenly feel a knot in my neck that stretches up to in front of my ear on the right side. This causes numbness and tingling to my face and mouth. The knot does eventually go away and so does the numbness and tingling. This has happened about 6 times in the last 2 months.
