Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Hands

After a day of paint balling today, arriving home 4 hours after I went paintballing, showered and ate I started feeling numbness/tingling in both my hands (more so my left than right.) I am not usually one to partake in such a strenuous physical activity, in the last few months I ve engaged in walks/light jogs but nothing too hard and in the last month I ve turned from an incredibly unhealthy diet to eating almost as healthy as possible (with like 1-2 days in which that I ve actually eaten anything unhealthy. I am 6 1 and weigh 250 lbs approximately. I also am stressed out fairly often (was hoping this would provide some insight) So I m wondering, what could cause this numbness/tingling.

Thanks for your query.
** Due to compression of nerve root in cervical spine there is tingling numbness in your arm and pain associated with it.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic like pregabalin and methylcobalamin medication can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level
