ENT Specialist 's  Response
The symptoms seem to point towards locally obstructing nasal pathology like Deviated nasal septum or nasal polyps.
Diagnosing such conditions will require detailed nasal examination which may include a Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy and Computed Tomographic scanning.
Such conditions are usually managed easily by medical or surgical means depending on the findings.
