20 year od female, 5ft 5 in. tall, 140lbs. When I was younger I would have nosebleeds so bad that the e.r couldn t get them to stop. One doctor said if they continued I could die from one. I ve been tested for Von wIllibran, Factor 5 & 8, have no clotting problems, no abnormal platelet count. Bloody noses slowed down when I started my period, instead I had my period for 7 weeks, my doctor put my on birth control which keeps them to 7 days but still heavy. I ve also had multiple ekgs due to random chest pain that occurs once in a while, sharp pain when I breathe in, but ekgs ever show an problems. I get unexplained bruises on my arms and legs without injuring myself. I don t know if it s relevant but lights and the sun give me migraines, I have to wear sunglasses al the time. And skin on my cheeks and bridge of my nose is red and flaky.
