Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed And Hypertension

I know I have hypertension because I m overweight by 50 lbs. I had these nose bleeds 3 yrs. ago frm working 3 jobs & being a caregiver (now of 5th yr. of this) & living in one of the poorest counties in the U.S. I have been hearing my pulse, when I lay down to sleep at nite... sometimes it starts at 10pm., while I am still up.... I have no insurance & only an Urgent Care clinic w/Certif. Nurse Practitioners to see walk-ins. Imagine having to prop up pillows & sleep w/ur head straight because this way one hears the pulse the LEAST.... I do yoga & tai chi to stay calmer but have a relative w/Congestive Heart Failure & dementia who is 90 y/o. that I am responsible for & a brother next door who is a dialysis patient. I need some outside perspective. I have NO MONEY to go see a cardiologist or gen. practitioner doctor. Nose bled 04/26th for 8 hrs..., very weak from that for 3 days.

dear sir.. i respect your endusance. and i shoyld compliment you for your hardwork.
firstly sir i will suggest you to get a complete heart check up if possible before its too late. the symptoms you told me stronglu suggest cardiac problem. palpitation - hearing your own heart beat.. hypertension and sleeping in propped up position all point to heart disease.since so many people are dependant on you .. you should first be healthy.. so kindly get your heart checked . you can start atrova 40 mg after dinner. this will help you. thank you. please do rate my answer.
