Suggest Treatment For Non Retractable Fore Skin In Children

My kid is 3 years old and his foreskin is very tight, we have noticed white deposites also, how do we clean it as we are not able to stretch the foreskin backwards. Do we neet to go for circumsicion. Hope this will not create any infection of urin track.

well from your history, it is a case of phimosis...
the treatment of choice in phimosis is circumcision....
as your kid is only 3years old, it is a good time to get operated...it is not a major operation but a very common paediatric surgery performed worldwide...
the white deposits as of now might be due to uncleanliness...
but phimosis may lead to urinary tract infections later and in some cases, cancer of the penis....

so an early circumcision is highly recommended...
