Hello!

Sometimes while my girlfriend is asleep, she abruptly awakes from an intense orgasm. It happen again just a few minutes ago and i want to know what could be the cause.
These orgasms occur without any physical or mental stimulation.

Why do they occur?
How can they be stopped?

Contrary to popular belief, spontaneous nocturnal orgasms can occur during sleep in women, just like men. It is actually normal and healthy to have this happen and there is no reason to try to stop them from occurring. Many women have erotic dreams that accompany orgasm, just like a "wet dream" in a man, but may not remember the dream afterwards.

There is no reason to be alarmed or concerned that your girlfriend does this sometimes. It just shows that she has a healthy libido, and if anything, your presence next to her may be what inspires her subconscious.
