Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats And Groin Pain

I have concerns about frequent night sweats, I originally thought it was due to pregnancy but I m no longer pregnant. This happens almost nightly, but I don t feel hot, in fact I feel cold when my husband turns up the fan because he assumes I m hot. I also have leg pains in the groin area. I now have high blood pressure since 38 wks of pregnancy

Hi,
Your symptoms can be due to hormone imbalance, hypoglycemic attacks or a side effect of medications you are probably receiving for the treatment of the hypertension. You need to get thyroid profile, glucose tolerance test and complete blood picture as well as complete urinalysis. If renal function and other investigations are normal, improvement of general condition, support with hormones if necessary and vitamin and mineral supplements should often help. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
