Suggest treatment for nicotine addiction

My fiance chews tobacco. I am concerned for his health. He is 6'2" and a little overweight (not that this is a concern for me only that healthwise, it could be a problem). He also has sleep apnea. I want him to take care of himself. I love him as he is but I fear that the tobacco usage and his lack of concern about it will definitely place him in danger of becoming sick. Please advise....
