Suggest Treatment For Neurocardiogenic Syncope

Was released from the hospital on Wednesday. Diagnosed with Neurocardiogenic Syncope (spelling?). I was dehydrated! They gave me IV fluids and I ve been drinking like a fish since I got home. BUT, I still am so out of breath just walking around my house! And the pressure is back in my chest. ALL MY HEART TESTS CAME BACK PERFECT!!!! How long before I should feel better?
