Suggest Treatment For Nervousness And Panic Attacks

hello, i have a major nervous disorder i am always shaky and nervous inside and very uncofortable . i went to see my doctor and she put me on 4 meds daily clonazepam 0.5 mg 3 times daily, librium 25 mg 3 times daily celexa 40 mg 1 time daily and remeron 30 mg 1 time daily and while taking these meds i started feeling worse. my ears ring inside and i go thru spells like iam going to have a panic attack and after the panic attack spell loosens up and releases me i start crying. so i called my doctor and the nurse spoke to the doctor and called me back and said that the doctor said to keep taking the meds she prescribed to me and it will help me and i will be o/k. can you gie me your proffessional advise on what is going on and what you think i should do about my condition. any advise would be highly appreciated. thank you very much d.c.

Hello thanks for asking from

You have anxiety and nervousness issue. You have been advised to take Clonazepam 0.5 mg three times a day, Librium 25 mg three times a day (Chlordiazepoxide), Celexa (Citalopram) 40 mg a day and Remeron (Mirtazapine) 30 mg a day. The symptoms got worsened on taking these medicines. This is common side effects due to antidepressants that symptoms of anxiety and restlessness increase on starting the dose. This rebound anxiety reduce itself in about a week. As per my opinion you should continue to take these medicines as per advise because these side effects will reduce with in a week. For some time you can take the medicines like clonazepam, chlordiazepoxide on SOS basis as these medicines will help to reduce panic symptoms till main medicines will start showing effects.
