Suggest Treatment For Nerve Damage In Neck And Shoulders
i have been told that i have server and horrific arturitis in my neck i am not a canidate for surgery my vertabras have fussed together so i can nothave an injection. i broke my neck many years ago. i have been on pain medicine but it does not work any longer. it is in my neck shoulders shoulder blades and runs down my arms. a emg showed alot of nerve damage help

As mentioned by you what i am able to understand that there is an old injury and now the pain level is high.
Well, i will advice you to first get assessed by the physical therapist, as the physical therapist will do the complete assessment of you like - orthopedic, neurological and posture. I personally feel there is should be a lot of changes in your posture and by which the muscles of the upper back are weak. Usually due to poor posture, there is interscapular muscle spasm and trapezitis. Due to trapezitis, the pain may even radiate to the arm and shoulder. I will recommend to undergo physical therapy - therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy. Also, post which, strengthening the muscles of the neck, shoulder, upper back will help improve your condition.
I myself have personally faced this issue and i am completely fine now. Also, when i see my patients i find the same issues most time apart from the disc degenerative pathology. And all recover 99%
