Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Neck stiffness and knee stiffness are signs of osteoarthritis causing degenerative changes in bones.Frozen shoulder can be because of pinched nerve.

If I were your treating doctor I recommend,
-MRI cervical spine and knee for confirming the diagnosis and other details.
Consult orthopaedician for further specific management.
-Anti inflammatory analgesic drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen twice a day for couple of days with antacids.
-Local application of diclofenac gel and warm compresses for 15-30 min for 3-4 times in a day for stiffness and swelling relief.
-Muscle relaxing and strengthening exercises of neck ,shoulder and knee with consultation of physiotherapist.
-Calcium and vitamin D supplementation.

Hope I answered your query.
