I have had MRI of brain and neck with no findings. I have had X-rays of c-spine and chest no findings. Blood work multiple times with no findings. Tested for lymes and rheumitiod arthritis no findings. I am 33 years old athletic but obese. I play men s baseball and ice hockey. PLEASE HELP!

TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE MUSCULAR SPASM. TRY MUSCLE RELAXANTS. DONT WORK CONTINUOUSLY IN SAME AND DROOPING DOWN POSTURE. CONTINUE DOING RELAXING EXERSICES FOR NECK, SHOULDERS AND ARMS EVERY HOUR FOR 2-3 MINUTES. USE A FIRM PILLOW (NOT VERY HARD OR SOFT). REGULAR JOGGING AND EXERCISE WILL ALSO HELP
