Suggest Treatment For Nausea,stomach Upset And Severe Gastritis

i am suffering from severe stomach upset since 7 days...watery motion for the first few days...and severe gastritis and fullness of stomach is felt for the last few days...intake of food is not possible due to nausea...what shall i do...
my physician suggested to take Tab.O2, Tab.redotil,Tab.Lomotil with Pantocid 40...Since 2 days defecation is only once.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Stomach trouble for 7 days started as watery diarrhea, gastritis, bloating and nausea not allowing food intake is obviously due to severe gastroenteritis.
Your Physician has given you the correct prescription for O2, Redotil, and Pantocid 40.
Do not take Lomotil as you have motions once a day only now.
Since nausea is not allowing you the food intake, you may please request your Physician or a prescription of Domperidone and Antacid. This may help with nausea.
Once this is taken care of take plenty of oral fluids, boiled and cooled water, electrolyte solution.
Add on Probiotics and activated charcoal tablets, curds/yogurt and bananas.
