Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Lower Back Pain And Tiredness

Hi I have more a coil but had let procedure and on my check up coil cud not be located... I ve had unprotected see but tool morning g after pill about 36 hours later. I m experiencing nausea.. extreme lower back pain which has not gone cramps and tiredness and am very pale... pregnancy? .miscarriage?

can have pregnancy test.can have second opinion to trace out coil. if still there is problem then ultrasound can trace it. better to remove it and have alnativernative like copper t. consult gynechologist
