Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headache And Fluctuating BP

I have been having symptoms feeling type of headache & some nausea. My BP has been going up and down. Highest was 188 over 98. I was under a lot of stress two weeks ago ran out of my meds. I had same symptoms then for a few days. I have been taking my meds now. Could not taking meds then have caused what is now?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of headache and nausea then it may be due to some common condition like sinusitis, hyperacidity, migraine and it needs to be taken in consideration first, and for that Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg can be taken once in day try some steam inhalation too hope this information helps.
