Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Weakness

hi, I have had dyspepsia for 2 months now, and am currently taking lansoprazole which seems to be working ok, but I still feel nauseous most days. I have cut out chocolate & try to eat plain foods when i can. I am female, 24, 5, 2 & 7.5 stone. I went to India & the problems started a few wks after i returned, starting with dihorrea. My stools are now fine, it is the nausea and weak feeling that is really a problem. What can i do to help to recover? Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have could be due to the dyspepsia only and it may not be anything else, dyspepsia some time associated with hyperacidity and that may cause the nausea and weak feeling, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to avoid heavy meal, spicy meal, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
