Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy

hi, iam varshini , my age is 31 yeras, i concieved , present 14 week prgnancy, doctor suggested tablet ccm and feronia-d3, one after lunch ccm tablet and another ferona-d3- after dinner, when i am using these tablets vomting and nause , i unable to sleep for these sensation, please kindly give suggestion for best recovery

vomiting and nausea in pregnancy is generally common in the first trimester and gradually reduces in the later part...now its treatment is more or less the following-
take small frequent meals
take multivitamin tablets
take meclizine or dimenhydrate tablets for vomiting, some physicians prescribe ondansetran also

also, feronia d3 contains iron supplement and it is better to take it in empty stomach...take your calcium tablet or antacids etc at 2-3hour gap with the iron tablet....
