I am a 37 year old female weighing about 110 pounds. Maybe less after having tummy trouble for the past 4 days. I cannot seem to keep food down. Started feeling very tired, then the next day nausea and vomitted a few times along with diarrea. It is day 4 now, and I still have diarrea a bit, but I haven t eten much. Last night ate and my stomach felt hard and very full enven though it wasn t much food. Have been adding rehydration salts to my water. Starting to feel pretty weak. I am from Canada but in Morocco now and the pharmacy gave me Immodium but I don t want to take it as I feel I should rid my body of whatever is in there! Also got something called Intetrix but don t know if it works the same way. Can you help me?
