Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Uncomfortable Cramps After Taking Azithromycin

I just took a one time dosage of 4x500 mg of azithromycin about 3 hours ago for treatment of bacterial infection. Now I m feeling nauseous and I have these uncomfortable cramps. I don t want to throw up because I m not sure if the drugs have absorbed yet and i don t want to have to retake this medication. What do I do?
