Hello dear user!
Welcome to HCM!

Generally having nausea and loss of appetite without any other symptoms is suggestive for a viral condition that has affected upper gastro-intestinal tract.
If you have burning or pain in or around stomach, it may have been complicated to the stomach inflammation or gastritis.

Viral conditions usually don't require medications and antibiotics and they are self healed. We can use supportive medication that are used to treat nausea or pain, and probiotics to ease digestion.

I would recommend you domperidone or metoclopramid for nausea, and Ranitidine if you feel pain or stomach burning.
Lactic ferments and vitamins are recommended for e better digestion.

Meanwhile you should have light meals, soup, fruits, yogurt, etc which are easily digested. If you try these steps and don't get any improvement for some days, have an appointment with a gastroenterologist for further examinations.

I hope you will be fine soon.
Take care and best wishes!
