Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The overall symptoms could be suggestive of viral infection and you have to take care of it. Have complete bed rest, light diet, drink more water, fresh fruits, watch for high-grade fever, and other severe symptoms. If this is happening then you have to see the doctor for secondary infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
