I have symptoms of pregnancy. I am nauseous. My periods is delayed and I have cramps. I took a pregnancy test but it showed negative. But I feel its still early to show in the pregnancy kit.

I am planning to abort if I am pregnant so should I wait till the pregnancy kit shows positive to consult a doctor?
