i am just 16 yr old and i dont like my nose i want to aks how i can improve my nose ..my little part of nose bone is twisted i hope ur understanding ....very litlle and i need nose which do not stretch when i smile...plz tell how to do get good nose?

It your age, it is good to wait a little before surgery. You can try injections too (performed by a plastic surgeon), in order to help change the shape of your nose. If this does not help, in the future you should consider plastic surgery.
